To those who have inquired about Battlestar Galactica's ratings, I offer you this excerpt from a Sci Fi Channel press release:
"In its third season, Battlestar Galactica is getting younger and outpacing Season 2.5 by +8% among P18-34 and +35% among the P12-17 audience. It is also growing among the female audience, up +20% with F18-34, +20% with F18-49, and +21% with F25-54. To date, Battlestar Galactica's median age is 1.6 years younger than Season 2.5 (40.5 vs 42.1)." Period. (My head +hurts.)
In other ratings rumblings, Katie Couric's CBS Evening News, averaging 7.3 million viewers last week, experienced its largest lag — 1.1 million heads — behind ABC's second-place World News since the week of Feb. Posted by Matt Webb Mitovich Nov 1, 2006 9:58 AM
