According to Entertainment Weekly magazine the Wachowski brothers view of a computer-controlled world is tops with The Matrix when it comes to Scifi movies. The Ronald D. Moore imagined Glen Larson created Battlestar Galactica comes in number 2 but is tops for a Scifi series.

James Cameron is on the list twice for his movies Aliens and The Terminator/Terminator 2. Paul Verhoeven is also honored with dual showings with Total Recall and Starship Troopers.
Two cartoons made the cut with Futurama and Star Wars: Clone Wars.
Obviously this list shows us a good 25 movies or series to watch if you are a Scifi fan but it is in no way a complete list of must see. This list is only from 1982 till the present according to ew.com. Let us know what you think or voice your opinions with ew.com at Popwatch Blog
