Jack In The Box Commercial Shows A Battlestar Blowing Up
Jack In The Box, in a current ad campaign shows a scene from Battlestar Galactica, well it’s from the Original Series, which aired in 1978. The ad is for their Chicken Strips saying that they are easier to handle when on the go. The ad starts off with a man behind the wheel of a car trying to eat a big messy sandwich. The sandwich falls onto his lap and causes a big crash. The second scene shows another man eating a similar messy sandwich and the same big crash. It cuts to Jack the corporate spokesman saying that eat their Chicken Strips as they are for people on the go. Then the ad cuts to a futuristic looking man sitting in a “Star Trek” type of setting eating yet again another messy sandwich and he says “warp drive” and then it cuts to the scene from “Saga in a Star World” showing the Battlestar Atlantia blowing up.
